I am currently living in the United States. It has been my dream, for some time now, to eventually relocated to Australia. After some research, I believe I would be very happy in Darwin.
Although I am currently employed, it is not a job in which I can obtain any kind of a transfer to Australia.
I am an author, and a graphic designer--but work at home in these trades.
By profession, I have experience in many areas, including shipping/warehouse, manufacturing/production, inventory, and retail management.
I also have little to no debt of any kind.
I am in the research process now, attempting to learn what I must do in order to obtain a work visa and move to Australia and begin working.
I would also need housing--although renting a single room somewhere is all I would need.
I have very few belongings, no family, no pets--although I am pet-friendly.
I do not smoke, and, being an author and artist, am a very, very quiet person.
If anyone in Darwin can point me in a direction, or help me out in any way, I would be greatly appreciative. I simply do not know where to begin.
